S-Quatre Corporation, a subsidiary of Kidswell Bio Corporation, today announced that Mr. Yamada, Director of the Manufacturing Development Department, will present a novel proprietary large-scale manufacturing method for SQ-SHED at the upcoming ISCT 2025 Annual Meeting, taking place in New Orleans, LA, USA, in May 7–10, 2025. The presentation will be delivered in collaboration with CORNING Incorporated, a global leader in cell culture technologies.
The newly developed method enables the efficient and scalable manufacturing of SQ-SHED, representing a significant advancement in the field of cell therapy. In line with this progress, S-Quatre has entered into a joint development agreement with NIPRO Corporation, one of the leading contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) in Japan, to further advance the process development for late-stage clinical trials and future commercial production.
