Yasuyuki Mitani became CEO of S-Quatre Corporation in April 2024. He has been Chief Scientific Officer of Kidswell Bio Corporation since June 2023 after serving as Head of Business Development and Regenerative Medicine Unit Leader.

Prior to joining Kidswell Bio in 2019, he had been engaged primarily in neuroscience research for 20 years at Astellas Pharma Inc.

He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo and was trained in stem cell research as a post doctoral fellow at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in the US.
